Located on top of the hill above Playa Pelada, COCR has an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean, sunsets, wooded landscape, and the beaches of Pelada and Guiones.

Being on top also brings cooling breezes from both sides, from the jungle to the north, and from the ocean to the south.

The resort consists of two buildings, each with 3 apartments, the largest privately owned pool in the area, and a rancho (pool house) with seating/eating options in the shade, large charcoal BBQ, kitchen area, bathroom and pool shower.

To make it private, everything is surrounded by tall, gated walls in the front and fencing on the three other sides plus lots of lush, tropical trees and bushes.
